With extensive experience and knowledge and professional management and operation capabilities, Ms. Olena Khlon is highly appreciated as a senior member of Board of Management of SHBFinance.
She held the position of Permanent Deputy General Director of SHBFinance from August 2022 to early January 2024, and was appointed as General Director of SHBFinance from January 8, 2024.
Mr. Zhaidarzhan Zatayev
Chief Risk Officer
Mr Zhaidarzhan Zatayev graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Finance and Foreign Exchange from the Kazakh State Academy of Management, Kazakhstan.
He has over 20 years of management experience in the fields of finance and banking in both Kazakhstan and Vietnam, including several years as a Senior Manager in Risk Management and Strategy.
Mr. Roberts Anthony John

Mr. Roberts Anthony John graduated in Finance - University of Technology Sydney. With more than 30 years of experience as a consultant, expert, senior manager in the fields of finance, risk management, management information systems and banking operations.
He is currently Chief Financial Officer at SHBFinance
Mr. Nguyễn Trung Hiếu
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and a Master's degree at AIT Institute of Technology - Thailand.
He has more than 15 years of experience working in the technology field at financial institutions.
Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu held the position of Deputy Director of Technology Division from January 2017 to July 2020 and Chief Information Officer from June 2021 at SHBFinance.
Ms. Đoàn Thị Hường
Chief Human Resources Officer
Starting from September 22, 2025, Ms. Doan Thi Huong officially joins SHBFinance as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
With over 22 years of experience at major domestic and international corporations, along with a strong educational background including an MBA and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from France, she has built a solid reputation as a seasoned leader in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development.
Mr. Vũ Biện Thái Trung
Chief of Traditional Sales Division
With over 16 years of experience in consumer finance, Mr. Vu Bien Thai Trung is a seasoned and capable leader in building and managing large-scale business operations. He has held various senior management positions at leading financial companies.
As of May 2025, he officially serves as the Head of Traditional Sales Division at SHBFinance.
Mr. Lê Hữu Nghĩa

With more than 15 years of experience in digital growth and consumer finance, Mr. Lê Hữu Nghĩa is recognized as one of the pioneering experts in building, transforming, and operating profitable digital business models at leading financial and banking institutions.
Since joining SHBFinance in September 2024, he has shaped the company’s new phase of digital growth strategy while serving as a strategic bridge between technology, business, and digital partners. His work plays a key role in advancing SHBFinance toward its goal of fully digitizing customers’ everyday financial experience.
Mr. Aibek Aptiyaliyev
Chief of Customer Value Management Division
Mr. Aibek Aptiyaliyev has nearly 10 years of experience in the consumer finance industry. He has held managerial roles at major financial institutions, with strengths in product development, data analysis, and customer lifecycle management.
He has made significant contributions to revenue growth and product portfolio optimization at his previous organizations.
