Users may submit such requests through SHBFinance’s official contact channels. DATA RETENTION

These permissions are used only where necessary to provide the relevant functions, including identity verification, document upload, location-based services, transaction authentication, fraud prevention, service notifications, security protection, customer support, and improvement of application performance.
Users may manage or disable device permissions through their device settings. However, disabling certain permissions may affect the availability or proper operation of some application features.

CHÍNH SÁCH QUYỀN RIÊNG TƯ CỦA SHBFINANCE
SHBFinance cam kết tôn trọng và bảo vệ quyền riêng tư cũng như thông tin cá nhân của khách hàng. Vui lòng đọc Chính sách này để hiểu cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ thông tin của Quý khách.
THÔNG TIN CÁ NHÂN
Thông tin cá nhân là các thông tin dùng để xác định danh tính hoặc liên hệ với một cá nhân, ví dụ như: họ tên, số điện thoại, email, địa chỉ, giấy tờ định danh, hình ảnh, thông tin tài chính hoặc thông tin giao dịch.
SHBFinance có thể thu thập, lưu trữ và sử dụng thông tin cá nhân của Quý khách khi Quy khách thực hiện:
Đăng ký hoặc đăng nhập tài khoản;
Đăng ký sử dụng sản phẩm, dịch vụ;
Xác minh danh tính;
Gửi yêu cầu hỗ trợ hoặc phản hồi lỗi;
Sử dụng ứng dụng hoặc dịch vụ trực tuyến của SHBFinance.
Chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin cá nhân của Quý khách cho các mục đích sau:
Xác định và xác thực khách hàng;

Nhằm bảo vệ quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp và an toàn của SHBFinance, khách hàng hoặc các bên liên quan khác.
SHBFinance cam kết việc chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân chỉ được thực hiện trong phạm vi cần thiết và phù hợp với quy định pháp luật hiện hành.
THÔNG TIN KHÔNG PHẢI LÀ THÔNG TIN CÁ NHÂN
Trong quá trình khách hàng sử dụng ứng dụng hoặc dịch vụ trực tuyến, SHBFinance có thể thu thập một số thông tin kỹ thuật không trực tiếp xác định danh tính khách hàng như: loại thiết bị, hệ điều hành, phiên bản ứng dụng, loại trình duyệt, địa chỉ IP, mã định danh thiết bị, thời gian truy cập, nhật ký sử dụng, nhật ký lỗi và các dữ liệu kỹ thuật liên quan khác.
Các thông tin này được sử dụng nhằm phân tích xu hướng sử dụng, nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ, xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật, tăng cường an toàn bảo mật và phòng chống gian lận.
Trường hợp thông tin không định danh được kết hợp với thông tin cá nhân, SHBFinance sẽ xử lý và bảo vệ các thông tin đó như thông tin cá nhân theo quy định của Chính sách này và quy định pháp luật hiện hành.
BẢO VỆ THÔNG TIN CÁ NHÂN
SHBFinance áp dụng các biện pháp quản lý, kỹ thuật và bảo mật phù hợp nhằm bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân khỏi nguy cơ mất mát, truy cập trái phép, sử dụng sai mục đích, tiết lộ, thay đổi hoặc phá hủy trái phép.
Tuy nhiên, không có phương thức truyền tải hoặc lưu trữ dữ liệu nào trên môi trường Internet có thể đảm bảo an toàn tuyệt đối. Khách hàng có trách nhiệm bảo mật tài khoản, mật khẩu, mã OTP, thông tin xác thực và thiết bị cá nhân của mình trong quá trình sử dụng dịch vụ.
QUYỀN CỦA NGƯỜI DÙNG
Người dùng có thể có quyền truy cập, xem xét, cập nhật, chỉnh sửa, rút lại sự đồng ý đối với việc xử lý, hạn chế việc xử lý hoặc yêu cầu xóa thông tin cá nhân của mình theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành và chính sách nội bộ của SHBFinance.
Người dùng có thể gửi các yêu cầu nêu trên thông qua các kênh liên hệ chính thức của SHBFinance. SHBFinance sẽ xem xét và xử lý các yêu cầu này theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành, nghĩa vụ hợp đồng, yêu cầu quản lý nhà nước và các mục đích kinh doanh hợp pháp, bao gồm phòng chống gian lận, quản lý rủi ro, giải quyết tranh chấp và tuân thủ nghĩa vụ lưu giữ dữ liệu theo quy định pháp luật.
LƯU TRỮ DỮ LIỆU
SHBFinance lưu giữ thông tin cá nhân trong khoảng thời gian cần thiết để cung cấp sản phẩm, dịch vụ; duy trì tài khoản người dùng; xử lý giao dịch; thực hiện nghĩa vụ hợp đồng; tuân thủ các yêu cầu pháp luật, kế toán, kiểm toán, quản lý nhà nước và báo cáo; phòng chống gian lận; giải quyết tranh chấp; và bảo vệ quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp của SHBFinance, khách hàng và các bên liên quan.
Khi thông tin cá nhân không còn cần thiết cho các mục đích được nêu trong Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này, SHBFinance sẽ xóa, ẩn danh hóa, khử định danh hoặc lưu giữ an toàn thông tin đó theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành và chính sách lưu giữ dữ liệu của SHBFinance.
XÓA TÀI KHOẢN VÀ XÓA DỮ LIỆU
Người dùng có thể yêu cầu xóa tài khoản hoặc thông tin cá nhân của mình bằng cách liên hệ với SHBFinance qua email [email protected].
Sau khi nhận được yêu cầu xóa hợp lệ, SHBFinance sẽ xem xét và xử lý yêu cầu theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành và quy trình nội bộ. Một số thông tin nhất định có thể tiếp tục được lưu giữ trong trường hợp pháp luật yêu cầu hoặc cho phép, bao gồm nhằm mục đích tuân thủ quy định pháp luật, kế toán, kiểm toán, phòng chống rửa tiền, phòng chống gian lận, giải quyết tranh chấp, bảo đảm an ninh hoặc các mục đích kinh doanh hợp pháp khác.
DỊCH VỤ CỦA BÊN THỨ BA
Ứng dụng và dịch vụ của SHBFinance có thể tích hợp hoặc liên kết với các dịch vụ do bên thứ ba cung cấp. Các bên thứ ba này có thể áp dụng chính sách quyền riêng tư riêng biệt và SHBFinance không chịu trách nhiệm đối với nội dung, chính sách hoặc hoạt động xử lý dữ liệu của các bên thứ ba đó.

SHBFinance không chịu trách nhiệm đối với thực tiễn bảo vệ quyền riêng tư hoặc nội dung của các dịch vụ bên thứ ba.
QUYỀN TRUY CẬP TRÊN THIẾT BỊ
Tùy thuộc vào các tính năng được sử dụng, ứng dụng của SHBFinance có thể yêu cầu quyền truy cập vào một số chức năng hoặc thông tin trên thiết bị, bao gồm camera, thư viện ảnh, vị trí, thông báo, thông tin thiết bị, khả năng xác thực sinh trắc học hoặc các quyền khác cần thiết để cung cấp các tính năng của ứng dụng.
Các quyền này chỉ được sử dụng khi cần thiết để cung cấp các chức năng liên quan, bao gồm xác minh danh tính, tải lên tài liệu, dịch vụ dựa trên vị trí, xác thực giao dịch, phòng chống gian lận, gửi thông báo dịch vụ, bảo vệ an toàn bảo mật, hỗ trợ khách hàng và cải thiện hiệu năng của ứng dụng.
Người dùng có thể quản lý hoặc tắt các quyền truy cập này thông qua phần cài đặt trên thiết bị. Tuy nhiên, việc tắt một số quyền nhất định có thể ảnh hưởng đến khả năng cung cấp hoặc hoạt động đúng của một số tính năng của ứng dụng.
